Initial investigations indicated this was isolated to our Hong Kong (HKG) Point of Presence. However, following further investigation, our engineers later determined that the issue was isolated to the Regional Routing product. This resulted in global impact for customers utilizing Regional Routing from 15:09 to 18:21 UTC on the 12th of January 2026. Our Points of Presence (POPs) remained healthy and were fully operational for all other traffic.

This event has been resolved.
