Fastly Engineers detected a performance impacting event affecting the Edge Observer service. Media shield customers would have experienced a loss of access to the media shield dashboard in the Observability UI from 13:41 UTC on the 16th of December 2025 to 20:04 UTC on the 17th of December 2025.
All other data centers and services were unaffected.
The issue has been resolved and we are monitoring performance closely.
