Engineering has confirmed that API Services has been fully restored. Customers may have experienced a 503 error code with a plan to apply changes to services in Terraform  from 22:16 UTC on the 29th of April 2025 to 16:02 UTC on the 30th of April 2025 

This incident is resolved.

Affected customers may have experienced impact to varying degrees and to a shorter duration than as set forth above.
