Fastly Engineers detected an unplanned event that contained impact for data and dashboard services within our NextGen WAF (NGWAF) Console.

This event is resolved, and there is no remaining impact.

As a result of this incident, data ingest was disrupted and our customers would have experienced a gap within their console dashboard. In addition, customers would also see a delay on request blocking or no blocking decisions by Signal Sciences agents for Edge WAF services from approximately 20:55 to 21:21 UTC. (~26 minutes)

Our network availability was unaffected by this incident.
